COSTUMES FOR PHOTOS: All wear costumes you wear for show.  If you have more than one, bring both you use for each routine.  Except blue-yellow company and elite teams, see below.
Blue-Yellow Company Jr-Mini – any yellow tone dress (yellow, cream, tan) and favorite comp costume.
Yellow Company Sr-Teen (all 7th-12th grader) – wear any black dress and favorite comp costume.
Elite Mini (ice ice baby) – wear sage costume and mini biggest sweatshirt.
Elite Jr (superhero’s) – wear any color blue dress and favorite comp costume.
Elite Teen (7th-10th gr) – wear any white dress and favorite comp costume.
Elite Sr (11th-12th – plus those in coming home) – wear jeans and black crop BĀS tee and black warm-up jacket (those without warm up jacket we will have one for you to wear for pictures).

What else to know?

Just a couple things to review before the photo shoot.

Can’t make your assigned team time?  ALL MAKE-UP’s will happen at Best of Times Photography.  Call us at BOT to get on our make-up schedule (218-512-0373 – M-F 10:30a – 5:30p).  But, if at all possible, please use the scheduled time for your group.

If your athlete is sick, we totally understand your situation and would like to provide you with a simple reschedule date when you are ready.  Please contact us right away so we know to leave a space for your athlete in the group photo.

There are no additional charges for either of these services.  Thanks!  BOT

  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled photo time.
  • Your athlete should be dressed and ready for photos with their full uniform.
  • Please have your athlete in attendance regardless whether you’re ordering or not.  We’d love a photo of each athlete and coach to create a complete group photo for this season!
  • Our preference is contact-less online ordering.  Use the link above to place your photo order securely with a credit or debit card.  If you would prefer to pay by check, download the printable form and place your form and check in an envelope.  Print your athlete’s name and team on the outside.
  • Sibling photos can be taken with the latest team or group on the schedule.  Have everyone ready to go at that time and we will shoot them just after their group’s photo session.
  • Can’t get them all together?  For just $3 simply check the Photoshop box in the sibling package and we will put them all together.  It’s that easy!
  • Sibling Photo Packages are a must!  Choose from our two sibling packages to order your prints, and digital photos are available to add to a package as well.  Sibling photos are no longer available à la carte.
  • If there is a sibling not playing this sport but you would like them in the photo (.i.e., gymnastics sister or baseball brother), we can definitely take their photo alongside your athlete.  Talk to a BOT staff member for more information.
  • By default, your photos will be delivered through your coach or team manager.  They will be notified when to pickup and distribute by the club.
  • Although when ordering on-line, you have three options:  Deliver with Team, Ship by USPS (shipping fees will apply) or Pick-Up for free at the BOT Studio.
  • After the photos are distributed by your coach, only Ship by USPS and Pick-Up will be available options for late orders.

    Every year we redesign our templates to look even better than before.  The newest designs look great and allow for flexibility and social distancing.  Two photos will be taken of each player, one for their standard pose and one for the team photo, and then we we do the rest.

    Your team photo will look even better this season!  And BOT doesn’t have to take a group photo to create a great team photo.  We are very proud of these new designs and we’re sure you’ll love the results!  Look at these two great examples…
