IMPORTANT NOTES for TEAM MANAGERS
LOCATION: All photo sessions will be held at the Cornerstone Bank Arena (above the Armstrong & Fowler Rinks) and they move very quickly – about 15 minutes start to finish as long as everyone is on time. Please arrive 10 minutes early!
ROSTER: We will need an accurate and spell-checked roster for your team – each player’s First Name, Last Name and Jersey number – simply a text file or excel is perfect, not a photo or screen shot of the sticker though. Please forward your roster with the team name, division and tournament name to support@botpix.com
WHAT TO WEAR: Plan ahead and coordinate what your players will be wearing. It can be simple like jerseys over jeans or leggings, or take it all the way to full gear minus the skates and helmet. Remember though, if you are not scheduled to play at Cornerstone Bank Arena immediately following the photo session, there will not be a locker room available to get ready in. Regardless, please have your players dressed for the photo when they arrive. ALL players must bring gloves & stick, but NO SKATES OR HELMETS in the photo area.
ORDERING PRINTS: After you sign-up your team for a photo slot, we will create your pre-order page and email you the pre-order link to forward to your parents. The Team Pano prints will be available for pre-order as soon as you receive the link at about a week before the event, up until about 6pm Saturday of the tournament (subject to change). The 11.75 inch by 36 inch prints sell for $35+tax and are sold print-only, and all pre-orders will be printed and delivered by team on Sunday morning to your game rink. Frames this size are readliy available through retailers like Michaels, Hobby Lobby and Walmart.com.
NO MIMIMUMS: While we will work hard to create an awesome team panoramic poster for your team, we don’t require minimum orders and there are no individual requirements to purchase. We do ask simply, if you do sign your team up for a time slot, then make sure that all players, that are in town, will be present and on-time (10 minutes early) for the photo session. We want to be able to create the best poster for your team!
