OPEN MAKE-UP SESSIONS: Open Make-up will start that evening at the end of scheduled teams.  We will shoot photos until everyone in the line is finished.  Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start promptly following that final scheduled team each night.

What else to know?

Just a couple things to review before the photo shoot.

IMPORTANT: If you cannot attend your scheduled team photo time, you must contact Best of Times right away to ensure your athlete is included.

  • Open Make-Up Sessions: We hold “Open” sessions each night at the end of scheduled photos. No reservations needed—simply show up while the last team is being photographed.
  • Studio Make-Ups: If you cannot make the school or group sessions, call us BEFORE photo day at 218-512-0373 to schedule a session at our Moorhead studio.
  • Deadlines: Athletes without a pre-arrangement made before photo day will be listed as “Not Pictured” in the group or team photo.
  • Cost: There are no additional charges for studio make-ups or illness reschedules.

If your athlete is sick: We totally understand! Please contact us immediately so we can save a space for them in the group photo and provide a simple reschedule date at no extra charge.

IMPORTANT: To ensure the best photo experience for your athlete and the team, please follow these guidelines:

  • Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled photo time.
  • Uniforms: Athletes should be dressed and ready in their full uniform with equipment upon arrival.
  • Attendance: We need every athlete and coach in attendance, even if you are not ordering photos. This allows us to create a complete group photo for the season!
  • Ordering: Our preference is online ordering. Use the link above to place your order securely. This helps us process your photos efficiently and allows you to track progress.

IMPORTANT: Sibling photos are no longer available à la carte. Please choose our dedicated sibling package to order prints or digital files.

  • Digital Composite: Keep the scheduling simple! Bring each player to the scheduled time for their team and for just $3, simply check the Photoshop box in the sibling package and we will professionally put their individual photos together for a great sibling or friend photo.
  • Timing: Sibling photos can be taken with your oldest team or group, schedule permitting. Please be patient, as we will try to shoot these immediately following the group session.
  • Open Sessions: Use the OPEN Make-Up sessions at the end of scheduled photos. No reservations are necessary—simply show up while the last team is being photographed.

IMPORTANT: Delivery methods depend on when your order was placed. Please review the timelines below:

  • Pre-Orders: Photos ordered by photo day are delivered directly to your coach or team manager. They will be notified by the club or school when the photos are ready for distribution.
  • Late Orders: If you placed a late order, you have two options during checkout:
    1. USPS Shipping: Photos mailed to your home (shipping fees apply).
    2. Studio Pick-Up: Free pick-up at our Moorhead Studio.
  • Digital Files: Look for an email from Best of Times with your download link once the team’s orders have been processed.

    Every year we redesign our templates to look even better than before.  The newest designs look great and allow for flexibility and social distancing.  Two photos will be taken of each player, one for their standard pose and one for the team photo, and then we we do the rest.
