What else to know?

Just a couple things to review before the photo shoot.

IMPORTANT: If you cannot attend your scheduled team photo time, you must contact Best of Times right away to schedule a studio session.

  • Studio Location: Moorhead, MN
  • Deadline: Pre-arrangement is required before photo day to guarantee a spot in the team group.
  • Note: Please use the scheduled team time whenever possible.

If your athlete is sick: We totally understand! Please contact us immediately so we can leave a space for your athlete in the group photo and provide a simple reschedule date at no additional charge.

IMPORTANT: To ensure the best photo experience for your athlete and the team, please follow these guidelines:

  • Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled photo time.
  • Uniforms: Athletes should be dressed and ready in their full uniform with equipment upon arrival.
  • Attendance: We need every athlete and coach in attendance, even if you are not ordering photos. This allows us to create a complete group photo for the season!
  • Ordering: Our preference is online ordering. Use the link above to place your order securely. This helps us process your photos efficiently and allows you to track progress.

IMPORTANT: Sibling photos are no longer available à la carte. Please choose from our two dedicated sibling packages to order prints or digital files.

  • Timing: Sibling photos are taken with the oldest sibling’s team on the schedule. Please have all athletes ready at that time.
  • Photo Placement: We will shoot sibling photos immediately following their group’s team session.
  • Digital Composite: Can’t get everyone together at the same time? Simply check the Photoshop box in the sibling package (just $3) and we will professionally composite them together.

Sibling not in this sport? If you would like a photo with a sibling not on the current schedule (e.g., a gymnastics sister or baseball brother), we can certainly accommodate you! Please speak to a Best of Times staff member at the shoot for details.

IMPORTANT: Delivery methods depend on when your order was placed. Please review the timelines below:

  • Standard Pre-Orders: Photos ordered by photo day are delivered directly to the school. Your coach or team manager will be notified when they are ready for distribution.
  • Late Orders: If you ordered after photo day, you have two options during checkout:
    1. USPS Shipping: Photos mailed directly to your home (shipping fees apply).
    2. Studio Pick-Up: Free pick-up at our Moorhead Studio.

Digital Files: If your package includes digital images, look for an email from Best of Times with your download link once the team’s orders have been processed.

  • Always New Designs!

    Every year we redesign our templates to look even better than before.  The newest designs look great and allow for flexibility and social distancing.  Two photos will be taken of each player, one for their standard pose and one for the team photo, and then we we do the rest.

    Your team photo will look even better this season!  And BOT doesn’t have to take a group photo to create a great team photo.  We are very proud of these new designs and we’re sure you’ll love the results!  Look at these two great examples…
